The Yurt Village
Our menus are structured around the seasonality of our region and like our region they are dynamic and will vary not only from evening to evening but, often, within the course of an evening’s service. We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies–please just let us know of any at the time of your reservation or when you are speaking with your server.
First Course (choice of)
- tuna crudo- green ceasar, radish, lemon
- Celery Victor- ruby red shrimp, anchovy dressing, herbs
- duck liver mousse- pickled mustard seed, cumberland sauce, onion
Second Course (choice of)

- Mackerel- pickled kohlrabi, buttermilk
Third Course (choice of)
- Lamb Chop- salsa verde, roasted cabbage
- 28-Day Aged Ribeye- maĆ®tre d’ butter, creamed collards
- Dayboat Catch- braised leeks, onion, ham hock
